Jeff Francoeur to Rangers?

According to Jon Heyman of SI.com, Jeff Francouer may be close to being sent out of town. Apparently, if he is traded, it will be in a deal with the Texas Rangers for 25 year old utility infielder Joaquin Arias.

Both players in the alleged deal have already passed through waivers, meaning they're both eligible to be traded to any team.
