- Pedro Beato – Reported to Buffalo (AAA) of the International League to begin his major league rehabilitation…Beato has been on the DL since May 2 with right elbow tendinitis.
- Bobby Parnell – Allowed three inherited runners to score yesterday for Buffalo (AAA) of the International League at Louisville …Parnell has allowed all five inherited runners to score in his last two major league rehabilitation outings…Parnell allowed one run on two hits in 1.0 inning of work…At Buffalo, he’s pitched 2.2 innings, yielding three hits, two runs, earned, with no walks and four strikeouts.
- Derrell Ceciliani – The centerfielder went 5-5 with four runs scored and three RBI while shortstop Robbie Shields was 3-6 with five RBI last night for Savannah (A) of the South Atlantic League in their 12-2 victory at Rome.
