- Angel Pagan – Went 3-4 with three singles, a walk, was hit by a pitch, scored two runs and was caught stealing last night for St. Lucie (A) of the Florida State League at Tampa (Yankees)…He played nine innings in centerfield…Pagan is 4-16 (.250) with a home run in four major league rehabilitation games…Pagan was placed on the 15-Day Disabled List on April 22 with a strained left oblique.

- Francisco Rodriquez – Converted his 15th straight save chance last night, his longest such stretch since saving 16 straight to start the 2009 season…Rodriguez, who is second in the majors in saves, one behind Florida’s Leo Nunez, also extended his scoreless innings streak to 19.0 innings, the third-longest active streak in the majors.

- Rookie RBI – Justin Turner drove in a run in his fifth straight game yesterday with an RBI single…Since 1978, the only other Mets rookie to drive in runs in five consecutive games in one season was Jason Phillips, July 19-23, 2003…Ron Swoboda holds the franchise rookie mark with an RBI in six straight games, August 22-26, 1965…It was Turner’s third game-winning RBI of the year, tied for the second most on the team…Turner also has nine RBI over his last four games…Only four other Mets rookies had nine RBI over a four-game span: Jose Reyes (10 in 2003), Mike Jacobs (nine in 2005), Darryl Strawberry (nine in 1983) and Steve Henderson (nine in 1977)…Research courtesy of Elias.
- The Pitching – The Mets are 10-6 this month…New York’s pitching staff has the fourth-best ERA in the month of May (2.76) …The Mets bullpen is 4-2 and has a 1.12 ERA (six earned runs/48.1 innings) this month, the third-best in the majors…Mets starters are 5-4 this month with a 3.54 ERA (40 earned runs/101.2 innings).
- R.A. Dickey – In seven games, one start, vs. the Yankees, Dickey is 2-1 with a 2.66 ERA (six earned runs/20.1 innings pitched)…He has allowed 22 hits, walked four and surrendered one home run while recording 12 strikeouts….In last start, Dickey received the loss in a 7-3 defeat at Houston on May 14…Tossed 5.1 innings and tied a season-high by surrendering six runs, earned…He also allowed 11 hits and two home runs while striking out two batters on 106 pitches, 76 for strikes…The 11 hits tied a career-high (also on May 13, 2004 at Tampa Bay)…The two home runs given up are a season-high.
- Francisco Rodriquez – Converted his 14th straight save chance yesterday, his longest such stretch since saving 16 straight to start the 2009 season…Rodriguez, who is tied for second in the majors in saves, also extended his scoreless innings streak to 18.0 innings, the fourth longest active streak in the majors.
- Angel Pagan – Is expected to play for St. Lucie (A) of the Florida State League at Tampa (Yankees) tonight…Pagan went 0-5 with a run scored yesterday at Tampa in his second major league rehabilitation game…He served as the designated hitter…Pagan is 1-8 (.125) with a solo home run and two runs scored in those two games…Pagan was placed on the 15-Day Disabled List on April 22 with a strained left oblique.
